New scientific data is published on the rates of people who vape and smoke (Young adults or those aged 18–24 and 25–44 were at higher risk than older adults aged 45 and over to be dual users of e-cigarettes and cigarettes)and it’s time for society to wake up from the cloud and realize what is going on.

Does Vaping lead to Cigarette smoking?

As mentioned by Johns Hopkins cardiologist, A few e-cigarettes and vape “juices” contain nicotine, an addictive substance in tobacco. As of 2016, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) classifies e-cigarettes and nicotine-laced vape e-liquids as tobacco items and controls them accordingly.

Despite the FDA shifting its stance to approve “modified risk” of tobacco products that are less hazardous than smoking, vaping is comparatively more injurious than non-use of any substance.

“In this respect, vaping product information is very much low in between kids,” he says. The people taking these products often do not know that they contain nicotine, do not know the amounts in which they are consuming, or are not aware of the impact of the additives.

‘Nevertheless, since these products are more socially acceptable than smoking they might think that electronic cigarettes are entirely safe.’

  • If you are on the side of vaping or regular cigarettes. it’s important that whatever we choose, health should always be the highlight. Hence, when making choices, make sure they do come with the basis of taking care of yourself and having a proper body regimen.
